Inspired by the sacred geometry of mandalas, this cookie celebrates unity and balance through contemporary edible art. Unlike towering sugar architecture, this piece invites closeness. It asks the viewer to lean in.

Crafted entirely in vegan royal icing, the design unfolds outward like a blooming lotus. Vibrant pinks, yellows, greens, and blues radiate in perfect symmetry. Each ring was created through icing pointillism, piped dot by dot with unwavering control.

There is discipline in repetition.
There is strength in stillness.

Every piped stroke follows the meditative rhythm of traditional Indian art forms, where pattern becomes harmony and form becomes calm. The geometric icing design reflects sacred symbolism without overwhelming the eye.

This creation highlights royal icing artist Prachi Dhabal Deb’s range. Monumental scale is one expression of her craft. Intricate intimacy is another.
